Happy Halloween! This morning I made buttermilk pancakes with a Halloween twist. To make, I simply used the blueberry buttermilk pancakes (sans blueberries) and dyed most of the batter orange, and about 3/4 cup of it green. The green batter went into a squeeze bottle so I could better control the “stems”. I made a orange blobs and then top them with smaller green blobs. I’m sure they could have been better, but they looked like pumpkins enough for me.
I also made Spooky S’mores and Purple Velvet Purple Eater cupcakes, so look out for pics on my site soon.
