Roast Beef Sandwiches

The other day our whole office was treated to lunch in honor of several new employees. We went to First Watch in Scottsdale and I ordered their sandwich, The Beefeater. Normally I would never consider picking roast beef, however that day it just sounded good and it WAS good. This sandwich is therefore inspired by First Watch. :)

Roast Beef Sandwich (serves 2)
Ingredients:

1/4 lb roast beef, sliced very thin
2 slices Havarti cheese
4 slices tomato
horseradish
2 herb french rolls

Preheat the oven to 400F

Split rolls in half. On one side of each roll stack roast beef. On the other side of the rolls stack tomatoes and top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted. Spread a little bit of horseradish on the beef and put sandwiches together.
