I call this pantry pizza because besides having to buy toppings, everything in this recipe is a staple in my pantry. The sauce and dough use the same herbs and spices, making the flavors very pronounced.
Herbed Pizza Dough (makes one 18 inch pizza)
Ingredients:
1 packet of active yeast (not rapid rising)
1 cup warm water
2 cups bread flour
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix yeast and warm water in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes, until creamy. Mix in flour, olive oil, sugar, herbs and spices. Place into a bowl that is greased in olive oil and let rest, covered with a clean towel for 30 minutes.

Pizza Sauce (Makes enough for 18 inch pizza)
Ingredients:
1 6oz can of tomato pasta
1 6oz can measurement of warm water
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix together all ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes before using.

To assemble pizza, first preheat oven to 350F. Roll out dough on well floured surface and place on pizza pan. Cover pizza in sauce, cheese, and desired toppings and bake for 30 minutes.
