No Fuss 10 Minute Pulled Pork

On Thursday night I had a order to fill, so I needed a quick meal for dinner…

Pulled Pork

Buy a 4 lb or so boneless (less work) pork shoulder and slow cook it in the Crockpot for 10 hours on low. After it’s nice and tender you just need to shred it with 2 forks and add your favorite BBQ sauce. Sweet Baby Ray’s is my top pick for bottled sauce. That’s it-you’ve got a meal! I had whipped up some potato salad the night before to go with it, which is a great side with pork if you’re not into coleslaw.

Normally I make my on BBQ sauce, but it takes 2 hours to cook with frequent stirring, so it becomes a bit of a project. I’ll share that recipe another day. :)

*Side note, fill the Crockpot 2/3 full with water for cooking.

Also I know it takes 10 hours, not 10 min , but I’m referring to active time of doing things. :)
